ANGELA WARWICK
Director
Angela has over 25 years experience of development control planning in the private, public and voluntary sector. She works as an integral part of the design team and manages the project up to planning approval and beyond. She has a detailed knowledge of planning policy matters, appeals, the development control process, regeneration and design and their application in the context of sustainable development. Her experience includes working as a planning inspector, a Senior Planning Officer at Restormel Council . Prior to this she worked for the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Planning Aid for London. She specialises in major development and public consultation techniques.
Matt Hawcroft
Planning Consultant
Matt has been working in planning for several years, though has a background as a solicitor. He has particular experience in providing detailed planning and appeal statements for proposals where the applicable development framework is complex.
Matt has degrees in Law and Geography, a PhD in Meteorology and is a qualified solicitor with experience in complex multi-jurisdictional transactional work. He lives in north Cornwall and currently splits his time between planning work, farming and looking after his children.
SUE WALTERS
Planning Consultant
Sue has over 25 years’ experience of working within the Town and Country Planning arena. She has extensive knowledge and an excellent understanding of the Development Management process, planning policy, appeals and design issues. Her experience includes working as a Head of Planning Services for a former Cornish District Local Authority, leading the Unit to the top of the national league table for performance as the fastest growing local authority within the UK. Prior to Situ8 she had been employed by Cornwall Council as the Development Manager for the West Service Delivery. She is therefore able to provide advice and guidance on a wide range of planning and development management themes and topics.
LISA SOLLY
Planning Consultant
Lisa has gained wide ranging experience in Development Control matters in the 13 years prior to Situ8, having worked for the Environment Agency, Restormel Borough Council and Caradon District Council. She has detailed knowledge of all issues relating to sustainable development, and is available to provide advice on planning policy, and urban, rural and coastal planning. Moving from New Zealand in 1998, she lived in London for two years and has been living in Cornwall since 2000.
ALICE TRELOAR
Office & Marketing Manager
Alice has 8 years’ experience as an Accounts Technician working in practice and industry. Alice started her accountancy journey as an apprentice, completing her AAT and working within an accountancy practice in St Austell.
She has embraced the new challenge as marketing & PR manager and using her previous office/accounting experience she undertakes all accounts & office related roles and ensures the office is run in an efficient and professional manner.
